    About KPMG Ethics Helpline
    KPMG Ethics Helpline is an external and independent third-party service provider appointed by IndiGo for its employees, directors, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to report unethical conduct in good faith. In addition to reporting instances of unethical conduct using this platform, you can also report such matters using additional reporting channels available, such as toll-free number, email, postal mail and chatbot.
     
    Message From Our CEO

    IndiGo (“6E”) operates across India and many international geographies, where every day, about a quarter of a million travellers are choosing IndiGo as their safe, efficient, and trustworthy travel partner. Over the last 16 years, all of us at 6E have worked very hard to build a reputation of reliability, consistency, and integrity, which is reflected in our brand IndiGo, a leading and most preferred airline in India. Our customers and stakeholders place their trust and reliance on us, and it is important for us to remain accountable and responsible for all that we do for 6E.

    Since our inception, we have been conducting our business ethically and in compliance with the laws of the land that we operate in. This has helped us retain our customers, build employee loyalty, establish a strong market position, and build a reputation of being among the leading low-cost airlines globally. We must ensure that we do not harm this reputation, which has been tirelessly built by 6E colleagues past and present, with any unethical or unlawful behaviour. It is important for each of us to ensure our ethical values remain strong to protect this reputation.

    Acting with ethics and integrity means doing the right thing, the right way and at all times. To that end, we are committed to building an open, fair, and transparent work culture that encourages ethical behaviour, where everyone feels free to express themselves and highlight any areas of concern without any fear of retaliation. It is also important to note that all 6E employees and representatives are the brand ambassadors of the company and carry the responsibility of acting with integrity.

    Our Code of Conduct (“6E Code”) is a set of values and principles, that sets forth our shared responsibilities, our commitments and defines the way we conduct ourselves on a day-to-day basis. It provides a guiding framework on ethical behaviour to help us do the right thing. It also addresses our responsibilities we carry towards the company, to each other, to our internal and external stakeholders and the environment.

    On behalf of the entire leadership team, I would urge all our colleagues to read and consistently follow the 6E Code, in both letter and spirit, to ensure the highest standards of ethics and integrity are maintained in the conduct of our business. If you have questions or believe the 6E Code is not being adhered to, we encourage you to reach out to the Ethics and Compliance Team. Timely reporting and addressing such violations could avoid or minimize any harm to our reputation and the IndiGo brand.
